Slow service took over 15 min to get a drink and they weren’t even busy. I order a large and they almost gave me a medium. One of the workers was on her phone with her ear pods in arguing with someone and telling them to shut the f up. Horrible customer service, take your phone calls on your lunch break.
My reason for one star is how I clearly ask for a pb banana protein with soy and I gotten my order drink wrong twice and within the second drink of the same one, I had no other choice but to accept and not kept telling them that they got it wrong again because I didn’t wanted to be sound rude. To top it off, the girl that made my drink, had her air pods on and the other girl that took my order gotten my order drink wrong no wonder she didn’t hear me well.
Horrible place, 28min waiting, very bad customer service.
Slow and rude service. There were only 2 to 3 customers in the store and I was told they couldn 't take my order when I was already in line for 5 minutes. When I challenged them and the girl said Do you want to go to the back and see how many blenders we have to wash? Then the guy at the cash registered explained they could take my order but it would take 5-15 minutes. Definitely a poor first time experience and would never return to the store. Not sure how they survive at a busy outlet.
