Place is amazing They have great options for vegetarians vegans! Healthy so delicious! I only wish I would have found this place sooner!

(Extra charge only for ice less, see pic) Boba is homemade and fresh. •Tried Pandan Waffle with Coconut Flakes, House Special Pork sandwiches, Vegetarian sandwich with avocado no tofu (not on menu, requested), Butter Cookie smoothie, Mango smoothie, Assam Milk Tea, Taro Coconut Milk Tea (not on menu, requested). Everything was delicious. •Definitely recommend, plenty of seating inside for dine in, options for take out, and call ahead to pick up.

Jasmine milk tea with orange bursting boba balls. I got the House social pork sandwich omg I use to come here in college for lunch or to study and it’s still amazing. The prices are fare and quality is spectacular. It’s called Tea Hive now but still looks the same.

Best boba tea in the area. I got the iced coffee with boba and it was amazing!!! The coolest thing is that milk is not used but it is so creamy and smooth. The owners are very knowledge and passionate about their small business. I will be back for food next time!!

One of my fave places to eat! I'm vegan and they get it! The TLT is my go to and I'm working through the smoothies. The young lady at the counter so patient and helpful.
