Hardee’s - Conway

Food was good, however service was very slow. There was one car in front of me this morning and it took 18 mins from the time of arriving to the speaker to receiving the food. We only order 1 sausage biscuit and a Frisco, no drinks or sides. The attendant also forgot to give my credit card back and I had to remind them they still had it. Decent food and location, unfortunately service is slow and forgetful.

Visited at an off hour while going through town. Was the only patron in the restaurant so it’s difficult to make any real judgment. However, the food was prepared when I ordered and the order was correct, everything was hot and fresh.

Ordered food online, spent 30 minutes trying to get the food, left with no food and no refund. Doors were locked so you couldn't go in if there was a problem, both girls working the window were incredibly rude, and the manager was just as bad. QUICKLY remembered why I don't eat at Hardee's.

We did not end up eating here because the service was horrible, everyone that was working was at a snails pace at best. The cook was spraying cleaning stuff on the cooktop while cooking eggs. Wouldn't have eaten here if it was the last place to eat!
