Steak N Shake - Cookeville

I really enjoy the food and milkshakes at this restaurant. The only issue is that sometimes there is a delay in getting your food to the table. Occasionally, your food arrives before your milkshake because it takes some time for them to bring it out. There can also be a wait to be seated due to the restaurant being busy, but the wait staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Overall, I have never had a problem with them.

We had to wait a little for our food, but it was because the restaurant was very busy. The kitchen staff worked hard to get our food out as fast as they could and were very sorry for the delay. We want to thank our server, who we think was the manager, for doing an exceptional job!!

Awesome food. Plus, the awesome staff. Delicious side-by-side strawberry/banana shake with whipped cream a cherry on top.

Great place to grab a good meal. I was stuck on the patty melts for awhile. They are delicious. Then I finally tried the garlic burger, yesterday. WOW! It's an awesome burger! Don't forget the milkshakes, too! Their milkshakes are like no others!

Service has improved so much. It was like eating at a different place. Great cheeseburger, hot, juicy. Awesome fries, great milkshake, but I do not like the paper straws. Overall very good meals. Thank you.
