First Watch - Coppell

An amazing meal. Great food and great service. I got the Farmhouse Eggs and a Purple Haze. If you like tea and lavender, you would love the Purple Haze. We came early so it was a quiet day. Place has great decor.

Omg that chichanga hit the spot!! One of the best omelets I’ve had in a long time! Must try it… that sauce tho……I didn’t take a picture of it because I devoured it the moment I saw it. This comes from someone who eats very little and esp no breakfast. I happened to take a picture of the tacos my son ordered though. Also that million dollar potato hype is a hit or miss. Husbands were good mine were alright. Just average potato’s nothing a million dollars about it. But not bad either I would definitely go back again and again for that chickichanga because that could be worth a million dollars for sure

Server Gracie with red hair was not attentive , she went back to get straws and threw them on the table and left quickly. Potatoes were burnt and the taste was really strong with bits of the burnt pan. I told her about the potatoes and she said that she can’t guarantee the new ones will be better, the second photo is the new one. My Salmon Eggs Benedict were cold and just overall was not satisfied with the food. Only good was my sisters waffle. I did appreciate the hostess. He was very nice. I will not be coming back.

My first visit at this location. Went for lunch with my buddy. Food was great and the service was excellent!! Jennifer was our waitress. She was polite, courteous and efficient. Overall very good experience!!

Our server was amazing, and we have NEVER had a bad food experience at ANY First Watch we 've ever eaten at. The food is always fresh, delicious, and so attractive that it 's almost a crime to eat it!! I kinda suck at getting that perfect 'plate shot ' WHILE I 'm eating, because I 'm not some sort of social media influencer (and those people kind of annoy me). So, I 'm just a Foodie who wants to dig in, and who likes to share my (mostly) positive local experiences! I was reluctantly with my better half with only one eye open that morning, who 'd just had a root canal very early in the morning. So, we wanted coffee more than anything after the appt due to the procedure... but we knew First Watch has to-go boxes, and to our delight, we were right around the corner from this location! Had never tried this one before, BTW. We conveniently took most of it to go; but NOT to their detriment! My apologies for not providing a better photo in the eyes of some people. I 'll be attaching a gorgeous picture of my intentional LEFTOVERS instead. You know when leftovers are sexy, they 're doing all things right! You 'll see their gorgeous Classic Eggs Benedict, fresh fruit, fried potatoes, 2 slivers of ? which I reserved from my ice water because I LOVE APPRECIATE their bright, citrus-y Hollandaise the lemon vinaigrette on their greens OH SO very much, that I like to give it a few more drops. Upper left-hand corner: Lemon Blueberry Cornbread, which I will probably ask First Watch to somehow turn into my next birthday cake!
