Feedback gevenI usually don't give reviews higher than 5 stars, but I'm making an exception this time. I stopped in to grab a bite while waiting for an appointment at a nearby clinic. I ordered my meal along with some dipping soup/sauce and mentioned that I had a sore throat, trying to maintain some distance. When my order was ready, the staff kindly added an extra dipping soup for me because of my throat. That was a thoughtful gesture!
The food is excellent, but the service is incredibly slow. Regardless of the location, it always takes at least 10 minutes in the drive-thru, which is quite disappointing. On the bright side, the staff is always friendly, and the coupons are a great deal, especially considering the rising prices at Arby’s.
