Staying at the Biltmore for a conference. Suggested by Concierge. I had the Veal Baci fantastic nice sauce and evenly pounded veal. Colleague had the lamb shank special. Another had the Chilean Sea Bass special all cooked perfect and everyone agreed that the sauces (veal and fish) were not overly heavy or light. Very busy but not tooo loud! Appetizers and dessert perfect. Highly recommended and I'm used to NYC restaurants. Had to write this review. All good.
If you are planning for a romantic dinner on a Friday or Saturday, do not even think of going to this restaurant... very hectic, super noisy specially with that gorgeous wood ceiling that works as a music chamber... people from happy hour is so loud that you can hardly hear yourself. So if you are unlucky enough to get a table close to the bar, forget it! People will walk and bump into you like any other day at the farmer's market! Food and service were ok, nothing special about them.
So many talked about how good it would be and we thought the food and service was over rated. We will give it a 2nd chance...lobster ravioli was good! Portions are very very small....
