Dunkin' - Coraopolis

Unfortunately, my review is not a positive one, similar to many others for this location. Dunkin' as a brand does offer good coffee and food. However, the service at this specific store is always extremely slow. It's clear that they are struggling to retain staff and are understaffed. This location is ideally situated next to the ramp for 376, surrounded by several hotels and businesses, so it tends to be quite busy. If you're in a hurry, it's wise to plan ahead. I ended up waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru line.

Be cautious when turning into the parking lot. There’s a right turn that can be tricky; it’s a blind spot and many vehicles bottom out as they enter, resulting in scrapes on the curb. I noticed that over 90 other cars had the same issue, as evidenced by the numerous scrape marks.

We visited this restaurant for breakfast in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and it was quite enjoyable.

They're busy location but the staff is friendly and they get you on your way as fast as they can. 5 stars for this crew.

I just went to Order my drink and there was no one behind me in line inside and I was talking to the Dunkin employee and then the manager came over and said move along and stop talking. So I said back to him you need to learn how to speak to people and that’s not it. He said we have a business to run and it’s not for you talking. I reported him to corporate I can’t believe how disrespectful this manager is. No one should be treated like this ever.
