Vile service!A rude and very unsanitary employee grabbed our food with her bare hands. Disgusting. When we asked if that was normal procedure, she hatefully threw the food in the trash without replacing them even though it was already paid for. We had to ask for replacements! Pathetic service. She had a disgusting attitude from the start to finish. Name begins with K; name tag wasn’t clear. Possibly kaley or kayla. Dunkin' Donuts775 N Germantown Pkwy, Cordova, TN

Very busy place was ignored for over 3 min.then out of a lot of donuts.employees to busy to greet and take care of customers

I purchased a xlarge mocha coffee today Saturday 1 22 22. My order was rang up by a young man with blonde and black braids with long nails. He picked his nose and kept running his hands through his hair. Then he grabbed my cup by the inside with the same hand. This really grossed me out and is very unsanitary with everything that's going on.. I did t want embarrass him in front of others. I tried to call the store several times to speak to the manager kept getting voice mail. I discarded the coffee in their garbage a waste of money

This was our third and last time I will ever visit this restaurant! the hired were rude, unwilling and laughed at me and my family, because I thought how they were dealing with the situation was cruel. the manager, monica, was confrontational and the young one who excited us wanted to argue the manager was 100 ok with all these terrible acts when I explained that we waited until we had eaten before they realized that they had forgotten to make our coffee and that he did not hear and ruined our order. even after that, the employees were so unprofessional and made loud and rude comments. When I asked about a bag because I refused to reveal my family to a funny tomorrow donuts on an evil hit like experience, the manager would not give me the bag until I asked her “right”! I tell them this place is a embarrassment for all DD facilities.

The service is slow, even if no one in the drive thru or inside. waits near five minutests in the drive thru, before just inside.
