Kooky Canuck - Cordova

Fun spot, great food! Here for lunch on a quiet Monday. Service at the bar was fast and bartender was friendly. I had the Donair-Pita, and it wasn't disappointed! With one side of bbq baked beans, I made very happy. I live in Minneapolis and don't come to Memphis much, but when I return, I will be here!

I love going on Tuesday! You have this cool deal where drinks are $5. Last night I had 2 drinks (The Flying Moose is green and the Canadian Sunset is orange) and her delicious peach butter and ice cream, while my Fiance had a huge Dr. Pfefferfloat! Our server, Tony, was the best! He was funny and very sweet. Thanks for a great time. Of course I'll be back.

It was freezing in the restaurant. That's why the Pommes were so cold. They no longer serve any kind of wings, but they still have it on the menu that was a contempt. The American club was okay, but the Sierra **** was great. Maybe. I'll check it again in 2 or 3 years.

We tried the fried cheese, it had a slight hint of a fishy fragrance and was garnished with the finest wilted lettuce. The French fries were so dark and wet, and limp, they were guaranteed to go down without needing a drink. Thrice cooked in grease from the 80’s maybe? Never mind how you request your burger to be cooked, the chef decides how you want it. Extremely well done. There were plenty of flies checking on your drinks and if your food was up to par.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. My table decided to get a bunch of plates to share. I wanted to have a few chicken fingers on the side so I asked to order the kids size. After I ordered my waitress thought about it and then said sorry no we can’t do that. I currently work at a restaurant and know that it is possible to put in a kids meal for any paying costumer. I ended up becoming so frustrated I decided to to get anything. So they lost out on my service. Our waitress was not openly rude, just not very friendly at all. But I understand everyone has bad days. Also it was unsettling to see employees carrying around their vapes in their hands while working. Overall very disappointed! Would not recommend at all!
