Came to Leonard’s today for a quick lunch with my grand baby. The staff was friendly and our server Haley answered all my questions about the menu and was equally friendly! The manager Shania came and checked on us and chatted a bit Will definitely be back for the friendly service and amazing food
Food was still good as I remember it being at their previous location! Although I do miss the buffet the quality has not waned one bit! I would recommend getting the ribs “muddied” which means sauce and dry rub lathered on the ribs ??
I don't know what to make of this place...first time I tried it , it sucked ...then one-day I get off work and I'm craving BBQ I go in and sit-down and eat it seemed pretty decent... Yesterday 7-7-24 I go in and get 3 large sandwiches with slaw and onion rings...the BBQ is dry and onion rings taste like rubber tires ...ughhhhhhhhhh I think I'll stay away from this place...Wayyyyyyyy too expensive to be this bad
My 89 year-old Grandma ate at Leonard’s in the 1930’s and 1940’s. The quality of food, dedication to original recipes and legacy of Leonard Hueberger serving Elvis Presley made this one of the best BBQ stops during my stay in Memphis. Highly recommend to all BBQ lovers. Recommend the 1/2 rack ribs and “Big Leonard” pork sandwich. Eat your heart out!
