Papa Johns Pizza - Cordova

I had four or five Ubereats/Turkey drivers in front of me and they were so fast that we were all out with our orders in less than five minutes! I'm amazed! So fast and friendly. What a great crew!

I had a voucher for a free pizza, but it had to be ordered online, I couldn't find it for nothing. There was no place to accept the promo code, I called customer service and both people I spoke with were rude and totally vulnerable. You told me to go to the camp for help so that I came to this place and the two ladies who helped me weren't nicer! It was so refreshing after dealing with customer service. The employees were so helpful and patient while I told them my problem. You had no problem with my order and it was hot and fresh! Best customer support round! The sweet lady before me even brought it out when I was in my car. Thank you.

As someone who provides for a life, I really appreciate the staff in this place. Every time I'm here, they go out of their way to help and rarely there is a long waiting period unless they are completely understated. One of my favorite places I pick up from.

I am pleased to check that this site was PROMPT with my order and everything was correct. I will definitely visit this place when I am next time in the mood for pizza and wings! 10/10

Ok, I understand the call for social distancing. However, I waited outside this location while these guys finished up orders for 2 Door Dash drivers in the restaurant. Respectfully, I did not enter the establishment as the sign on the front door requested only 2 customers at a time. My pizzas had BEEN ready. I waited so long that I called into the restaurant to see what was going on, only to be put on hold when there wasn't even anything going on. The other gentleman had already taken care of the Door Dash orders and all they were doing was waiting. The young lady who put me on hold stepped over to brush flour off the dough machine while they chatted. Placed me on hold for over 3 minutes to do that. One of the Door Dash drivers stepped out for whatever reason and I proceeded in. Ridiculous! You guys need a better pick up for your customers that are not waiting for orders to be completed. 1star for customer service. 2 stars because the pizza was good.
