Our expectations were not met when we were given powdered creamer with our coffee. Despite being the only customers, the staff seemed overwhelmed. The owner, Kat, was friendly but that did not make up for the subpar food and coffee. We recommend looking elsewhere for breakfast. Suggestions for Kat: provide real creamer, fill the sugar caddy with sugar, offer real jelly, train your servers, and reconsider offering brains and eggs on the menu.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant with great homemade meals. I love this place! I arrived just before closing and enjoyed some soul food. The staff are wonderful people who excel at their craft. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Southern comfort food. I will definitely be returning.
Kat's Diner is not open today. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Stopped here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Service was fast and friendly. Biscuits were hot and tasty. Grits were well done. Food was very good. All the basics for a good Southern breakfast.
The food was old and cold,Also way too greasy. Go to mi pueblos in ripley there buffet is a thousand times better for the same price and have a bigger selection
