I don't want to keep calling this place, when it's been one of the best I've tried Latin food. The attitude that she has has me tired. It's always the same. It's a shame that such a good restaurant has people like that working for them. Call today at 3:52. It's not the first time.
The truth is I didn't like the food at all, it used to be better. I bought a chaulafan, and it was so dry, too much pepper makes it lose the flavor... I don't recommend it...
The food is very good. The attention is terrible...they start cooking at 12pm. They open at 12, customers start calling at 12, it takes an hour to prepare. The person who answers the phone does the work of 4 people. I guess they pay a salary of 4 people... solution, hire more staff... the door has a squeal. Horrible, no one fixes it...the air conditioning spills water on the door...thank God no one has fallen there...fix that...
The grilled chicken was bitter, I asked them and they told me that they didn't do it that way, but it was the opposite
If you wanna get authentic Ecuadorian food and service, don’t come here.Food was not worth the price and it wasn’t even flavorful. It was bland. When ordering the “lunch special”, nearly done with the meal, the waitress brings out some juices, saying it was part of the order, but i think anyone can agree, bringing out the drinks sooner is restaurant etiquette. The only good thing was the avocado salad, and I was charged a price that wasn’t on the menu. Then if you want to pay with a card which in this day and age, that’s what everyone pays with nowadays, you’ll get charged another $5 bucks. I ordered a order a fries and it was not cooked fully and the waitress and manager didn’t want to comp it off the bill even though it wasn’t eaten. Gratuity is added on the bill also, best believe they did not get another cent out of me.
