Feedback gevenThis was good. This is for people that doesn't like spice or flavor. I would bring my own salt if needed. I ate here a few times but their menudo is really good, now that is tasty. They are fast to take your order and speak both english and spanish fluently. Best part drive thru!!
I used to go to this place with my mom say about 5 or 6 years ago and enchilada plate was delicious but fast forward 6 years later and I went to go get a breakfast pancake plate, not the greatest. Bacon was undercooked pancakes taste it like if they're imitation pancakes Frozen. Egg has no flavor. I tried feeding the bacon to my dog and not even she would eat it.
Ordered ground beef nachos. The meat looked tasted like spaghetti sauce with minced meat. The service was great I just didn't care for the nachos like that. But there's no doubt they are good at other things/foods.
I asked to be seated at a particular table and I was told the section was closed . I said ok no problem. I was taken to a table that was still dirty and had food in the seats . I told the host that the table was dirty and they looked confused. Then I checked the table behind it and it was very dirty as well. I also tried another table close by and it was filthy as well. By this time the serve was there as well and they both just looked at each other like they had no idea as to how to solve a problem of a dirty table . I just walked out and went to Silverado smoke house . The pervious time I went out servers boyfriend came so that sat together talking and then went outside together so I had to ask for another servers help . My family will not return .
I ordered a taco salad with fajita via drive thru and when I notice they charged me an extra $2 for it, I brought it up to their attention. The lady told me I was mistaken and it was an extra $3 for the fajita, not $1. When I told her that’s not what the drive through menu said, she got a to-go menu and tried looking for the taco salad to show me I was wrong. After she couldn’t find it, I took the menu and went to parking lot to look myself. (I actually went back to the drive through to see if the menu said what I thought it did, and I was right) It said the same thing in the to-go menu as well as the regular menu inside. I went back inside to explain this to her and how she owed me my $2 back. (call me petty but it’s the principle) and she simply refused to give it back! She tried telling me that’s how the computer rang it up and I explained to her that’s not my problem because when they advertise it for one price, they need to sell it to me at that price. When she realized I started recording her she snatched the menu from my hand and walked away. When I asked for a number to settle the matter through a corporate avenue I was told they didn’t have one. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! What kind of reputable business acknowledges that they over charged you and then refuses to give it back?!
