Feedback gevenI even paid for the lunch of the person behind me in line, and after I finished my meal, Chase surprised me with a free sub coupon for my next visit. He said, “That was really nice of you, and we like to reward those who pay it forward.” In addition, he took the time to ask about my meal and suggested a new sauce for my next visit. To top it all off, he offered me a cookie for the road! The service was so exceptional that I will definitely be coming back. This place has a warm atmosphere, the staff is outstanding, and the food is delicious! I highly recommend visiting and enjoying your time there.
The food was good, but the customer service left much to be desired. They seem to prioritize online orders over customers dining in. There was a long line wrapping around the door, yet no one was helped except for those placing online orders. I wasn't expecting to be served in a timely manner, but this was quite frustrating.
I was in the mood for a sandwich for lunch, but this place was not close to my job site. It was a busy spot, and I decided to try the original Italian sandwich. When I finally got my sandwich, it was made with rosemary bread, which I didn't enjoy. The bread was tough, and the crust at the bottom made it even more difficult to eat. On a positive note, the broth that came with it wasn't bad.
I ordered from one of the third, but made a mistake not to order tonight enough to feed my 2 neffen that were moved in a chair for my father in the age of 81 years. I called this place and kirria, jeffery, andrew and lucas took responsibility and made the night for my family. I didn't get a last name of the franchise owner, just a first name of russ. russ, this team is a protector! mainly Kirria!P.S russ, you pos needs the possibility to manually pay via the phone to any place to adjust orders in my opionion. formal in the biz for 38yrs I know that the new systems do not need a signature under a specific order $50) if the CVC code is given via the phone. the people of the shady character cannot say with the code that at the time that ordered them not. that indicates that the card is in hand at the time of ordering or matching. no fee. that was always my concern.
I am not sure what has happened, but this place is awful. There were plenty of staff, and only one seemed to even care about the customers. As I waited, i noticed another customer growing very irritated, He waited and waited for his order. Eventually he advised to just refund his money and left. I finally got my Chicken Bacon Ranch which I had been really wanting for a while) and had to take it to go. When I got home, it wasn't even the right sandwich. So It makes me wonder, is JM simply gotten too popular to care. Hmm sort of like Subway. Perhaps if the workers were not goofing off, arguing over who is going to do what, I might have had a better experience. Anyone reading this knows, JM isn't a cheap sandwich, but in the past, it was worth it. The last two times I have gone to a JMs, it has failed to be what it used to be. I am sure the others in the shop this night, 06-22-22 at 7:30 pm would agree. DOnt go to the Park Center Cottonwood Heights location.
