You simply won't believe that this Chinese food would come from this restaurant. It is truly fantastic. Such a nice owner as well.

BY FAR THE BEST CHINESE FOOD IN IDAHO! I wish there was a place like Li's in Boise. The best food, Li was an AMAZING host, and a warm friendly environment! I will forever visit Li every time I'm in town. Thank you so much for the amazing food and warm hospitality!

They say you should judge a book by its cover, and that definitely applies to this restaurant. Initially, we walked out as soon as we entered. However, after reading some reviews, we decided to give it another chance – and we regret that decision. The place didn't look clean, and it felt like the dishes had only been rinsed in water without any soap. We ordered shrimp, which turned out to be nothing special, and the vegetables and crock pot squash cooked by Li were tasteless. I'm not sure if Li lives in the building, but it was messy and quite unappealing overall. We ended up wasting $35 for lunch, and it was really disappointing.

What a delightful hidden gem! We spend half the year in Southeast Asia and stumbled upon this place while looking for a quick lunch. We tried several dishes, and none of them disappointed, but the prawns were truly exceptional. We've made the trip from Boise a couple of times just to enjoy the amazing food here. It says a lot that we are willing to drive such a long distance for a meal. This place is far better than any restaurant in Boise!

The food is delicious, made with fresh vegetables. The staff is friendly and very attentive. I can't wait for our next visit!
