This restaurant has some good food. You have to check your order before you leave with take-out. I had to go back for my sauce and au jus. Th fries my last visit weren't even cooked. They were still hard in the middle and greasy limp on the outside. The people either don't know the answers to questions about the food or have to ask others to help answer.

Went last week the food was very good the service was good.they had a rush of people.the place was packed. We had a hour wait till are food was served. I didn't mind the wait. I will give a new business some grace. To get the bug's worked out. Me and my wife went back this Thursday for dinner. There were only two people sitting at a table. The hostess sat us at a table and gave us are menus. 10 minutes passed and a group of people came in and sat at a table. The waitress took them menus and asked what they would like to drink. I noticed about 4 other waitresses standing around chatting one was changing the TV channel. By this time 20 to 25 minutes have passed. So I went up to the counter and waiting for assistance. 3 to 5 minutes passed. Finley this lady said hi and turned and went to doing whatever she was doing. Finley my wife came up and said let's go somewhere else. I finally got some one's attention. And told them I've been here for about 30 minutes and no one has taken ar drink order or food order. I told them that last week I gave them a verbal and community 5 start review. I don't care how good the food is. If you're customer service is that bad.i will go and spend my money some places else.

I came in to eat lunch with my girlfriend today and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles from everyone, service was excellent and food was even better. I had gotten the western burger with pulled pork and it had to have been the best burger I have ever had, I highly recommend sprockets for any and everyone including their family.

I’ve had 100’s of burgers in my lifetime. All over the country. The “Hangry Burger” at Sprockets has got to be top 5 on my all time list. Arguably top 3…. Quality meat, fresh ingredients, it was awesome. Friends got 2 huge salads we shared 2lbs of Teriyaki wings. Wings were very tasty. Inside is VERY clean, looks like they just remodeled… you can’t beat 24oz beers… 10/10 would recommend. Come support this local business.
