Kfc - County Durham

Food looked like it had been thrown in the box. All the mayo was at one side of the bread bun and the bbq sauce was at the other end in a clump. The chips were luke warm and 40p for bbq sauce it’s free everywhere else. A staff member came out to take trays from the station where the bins are but seemed oblivious to the over flowing bins and dirty tables. Then when we left a staff member was outside the main door smoking. Absolutely last visit here they just can’t be bothered!!!

Some of my order was missing out of the bag. When I rang up they said they defo put the burger in. The bag hadn't been opened until I got home.

This place must be avoided at all cost drive through and you will be made to wait at least 25 minutes for your food to arrive and when it does it will be cold, no doubt staff doing just eats above visiting customers the place is a joke fast food you are having a laugh go to maccyds instead

Second time I’ve tried to eat here and both times no chicken available so went elsewhere. Very odd for a KFC. One reason for consistently poor reviews.

Called in for lunch, never again, the food in this place is awful, the chicken fillets were rock hard, the handful of chips what you get were cold, the chicken burger was terrible and the bun was very dry, dont waste your money, go elsewhere.
