Dunkin' - Covington

Bought hot cup of coffee. Asked for a heat sleeve for my cup. Was told they don?t offer those. I said this is very hot how am I supposed to hold it? She agreed they are needed. Not sure why they don?t offer anymore she said. Guess I won?t get my coffee here again.

Looked like no players were on injured reserve for a Saturday morning. They were courteous, helpful, they were on their game. Sandwiches and donuts weren't bad either.

Normally, I 'm happy with Dunkin. I clearly ordered less ice but it was at least 3/4 ice. Some had already melted. I can barely taste any coffee. I drove through and didn 't realize how diluted the coffee was. If you look at the picture, you can see how light the color is.
