Feedback gevenI wish I had caught the name of the guy who was working, but I do remember his Deadpool pin. I have to mention his energy! He was so positive and engaging with every customer, really in tune with the job. He worked efficiently and was genuinely kind to everyone in his line. Along with the lady at the checkout, they were both incredibly welcoming. After a long road trip, their hospitality truly brightened my day! I hope they read this and realize how special they made every customer feel. You both are fantastic!
The staff at the counter shouldn't be coughing while preparing customers' orders. It's concerning that someone who is sick is handling food. I think I'll wait to eat later. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
After waiting for assistance and calling out for about three minutes, a woman on break finally went to fetch someone from the back to help make sandwiches. After another three-minute wait, a short-haired blonde woman came to prepare my sandwiches. She was nice, but when a younger girl with black hair came to ring me up, she was quite rude, as if I had disturbed her break. If you don't enjoy working with everyone, perhaps you shouldn't be in food service. I won't be returning.
Rude customer service. Sandwich maker acted like we were bothering her. She clearly hates her job! Vegetarian options: Can order sandwiches without meat. Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease. I tried to be nice as possible about asking her to remove her gloves after touching bread to make my protein bowl. It was obvious that it irritated the sandwich maker. Parking: Lots of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking. It's very easy for a wheelchair.
I went out my way off the highway to come eat here and they are conveniently closed, in the middle of the day ,until later, with the doors unlocked. I call BS. Save your gas. keep going!
