Arby's - Crown Point

I give five stars to Cooper for his outstanding service. He was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our meal. However, the kitchen staff could benefit from training on professionalism and effective communication with each other. Additionally, the noise from the back of the restaurant is audible in the dining area, which can be distracting. Thank you, Cooper, for your excellent service and for genuinely caring about your guests. You're going to go far!

The food here is quite good; however, I wish there were more beef on the sandwiches. It seems like everyone is cutting back these days. On the bright side, the staff is the friendliest of all the fast food places in the city!

I really love her food! During my last visit, it took a while, and my order got misplaced since I was seated on the side. But I will definitely be back!
