Our tour gave us choices of buffets and she explained this one had the best view. She did not disappoint. The ambience is relaxing. The view is insane paired with the sounds of the flutes playing live. The buffet has many options. The ceviche is...made live and this was probably the best part of the whole restaurant. Desserts are plentiful as are food options. We felt satisfied and ready to continue our excursion after eating here.
Situated on the main square, the restaurant is upstairs. We called in late morning after wandering around town for a rest break and a drinks. Very relaxing interlude sitting at a table on the balcony overlooking the square. Reasonable prices and good service.
One of the things you have to do in Cusco. It's a fun night out, listening to the live music and watching people try to dance lol. (Not the actual dancers- they were great, just the patrons after a few too many pisco sours Food...was ok. Nothing stellar but you're not going to starve either. Enjoyed the teeny welcome pisco sour myself.
We drove with our guide almost two hours down the Sacred Valley. Beautiful scenery but small one road towns in a rather poor community. A lot of subsistent farming and Tuc Tucs. He turns down a gravel path and to our amazement, a garden oasis....A beautiful lunch buffet enjoyed on an exterior covered patio. The food is good. The setting even better and the people pleasant. The gardens were in bloom and impressive. Who could have guessed in the middle of nowhere.
