Running from the heat of Florence we booked a lunch with The Fork in La Villa. We sat outside under a shady gazebo. He was very well. Relied to the courtesy and sympathy of Gaia we had to taste simple dishes but cooked very well and very good. A mention on all the boar in wet. We stayed at dinner in this restaurant and we definitely enjoyed it. Very good pies with ragù, polenta and cut with mushrooms. Exceptional tagliatelle made with chestnut flour with mushrooms and sausage. Strepitous sweet with ricotta as well as liqueurs.
