I love this place for so many reasons. The food and drinks are delicious, the wait staff is great, and the chef comes out and chats with the diners. Definitely my favorite dining experience in Dallas.
The only way to describe the dinner is strange . They served us Kraft Singles in a starter with salami. We asked about why they would have this in the kitchen and the server told us it is actually not Kraft Singles but rather house made American cheese made with feta, goat cheese and other fresh cheese. Later the host told us it was in fact Kraft Singles. They serve mayo with everything. Popcorn mayo and fish sauce. Mayo on Brussels sprouts. Steer clear of the Junction.
Each time visiting Junction Kitchen has been a memorable and taste-bud exhilarating experience, with personable staff, and creative, adventurous dishes that never disappoint. It's a must-visit for all Dallas foodies (and you *have* to get the burger at least one time)!
I can't say anything nice, I don't say anything. The bizarre gastronomic experience I've had for a long time.
