Endicott Grille - Danvers

I've eaten here many times and have always had good food and service. however the other night we took some friends there for a quick dinner (we were going to see a band) and I was completely mortified! The meals (only sandwiches as we were in a hurry) took 30 minutes to come out, as they were sitting in the kitchen for some time and we finally asked again about them. When I finally got my pastrami sandwich it was cold, the bread was burned black and it had the wrong side dish. We couldn't wait for it to be remade at that point and asked that just something to be taken off the price of that one sandwich. The owner/manager came to the table said he had removed the sandwich from the bill and then told us he couldn't understand why people refused to pay for a meal they had eaten!! The total rudeness was uncalled for as i had only eaten the parts of the sandwich that were not burned and the incorrect side was also untouched. The waitress had to go back to the kitchen and retrieve the correct side (we were done eating at that point) that was still sitting in the kitchen. While the bill was being paid, I approached the gentleman and tried to explain that I hadn't asked for a free meal just a price reduction, he refused to listen, said some very rude things and stormed off into the kitchen while I was still talking. Sadly I will never go there again nor will the other people I was with.

2.8 nothing special. It feels and looks like what someone thinks a bar is supposed to feel like. Service was incredibly slow and nothing special about the food options. Really great food prices though, including decent burger and wing night

I arrived at the Endicott Grill, about a quarter to 10pm. It was readily obvious to me that during the day it 's a bar and table restaurant, we 've all seen many that operate like Endicott Grill does. So I ordered off the late night limited menu. The late night scene is very loud, with a small dance floor and separate area for dancing and drinking. The music was straight 2000 's rap, and a little pop. We got nachos they were loaded! , not being a nacho fan myself I thought they wouldn 't be good but they were exceptional. We also ordered a steak and cheese sub, also great! I am sure the regular menu must be really good along with the food from it, but I haven 't experienced the dinner or lunch menu, atmosphere. It was a bit busy but Jenna was exceptional, and she had double tables and bar seats to handle at least it appeared she had that many . Late night it 's very loud so if your sensitive to loud then this won 't be the late night place for you.Kid-friendliness: I would say very kid friendly, as long as it 's not the late night scene.Parking: Free lot, plenty of room, spaces etc.

They forgot some of our order and even made us wait and extra 25 minutes c this was for pick up. Owner and hostess who attended us were nice. Owner provided us a gift card for all the trouble . The Food isn’t good . It looks how it tastes , so if it looks dry and flavorless , it is . Mac and cheese is horrible . Fries horrible . Steak tips dry . I don’t think we will come back .

This place is amazing! Great food, great music, great atmosphere! Best sweet chili chicken tenders I have ever tried! Must try Pistachio Martini!! Nice place for a great time for friends and family love this place!Food: 5/5
