Feedback gevenFollow my insta @burgersnbikinis for more food pics! I'm guilty for Guilty. This is one of Sydneys most unappreciated burger spots. Possibly because of its obscure location in Darlinghurst. I've had Guilty 3 times now: 1. At the venue when it had just opened. Went crazy for the pretzel topped Mac n cheese, and then burgers so classic and simple. 2. For the launch of Castello Blue cheese slices, where I was lucky enough to meet Adam Richman from man vs food! At this one I tried out a blue cheese burger which was surprisingly a nice little combo! 3. Via Foodora in Hyde Park, where I sat and enjoyed another classic cheeseburger and fries smothered in Mac n cheese. Dreamzzz Each experience has been great, the food here is right up my alley. A big focus on cheese, but keeping the burgers simple but packed with flavour. I shall return.
Loved the burgers (even the verge burger was delicious), chips, service and prices. A great, casual night. Will be back!! Recommended.
Today, a beautiful sunny winter Thursday afternoon, I thought of Guilty Burgers as I remember the sunny courtyard in Republic 2. My partner and I arrived at Guilty at 1:15pm, there were only two other single diners sitting on a long table each in sunlight. The only staff working there today was a chunky built Asian, standing beside the long bar counter folding arms chatting immensely to an older guy sitting on a rattan chair, both facing the courtyard. Obviously, it hasn't been busy for him. We walked up to the bar counter, the staff countinued with his chatting. Didn't bother to greet us, or offer his help. We saw a menu on the counter, picked it up an read the menu. This is out first visit to Guilty and did not know the arrangement for ordering. After a good five minutes. We have decided what we wanted. We looked up. The staff was still chatting, he did not even throw his eye sight our way. My partner said to me. Let's go. It's not busy and the staff didn't even care. I don't think it's going to be any good here. So we left and walked up to Oxford Street to Burgers Anonymous. It's our last visit too and obviously will never come back. However good your food is.

Mi goreng ninja! Came here to try the Chicken sandwich with the mi goreng batter. Let me say this first ... It does not in any way taste like mi goreng BUT its a good fried chicken burger! I repeat a good fried chicken burger. The batter makes it extra crispy and textually tasty. The sauce was on point, sweet and sour which cut the richness of the fried goodness. Will definitely come back .... Until next time ... Keep eating!! asianfoodninja.com
