Really very very good food. At first, maybe. a bit expensive but you really get something on offer here. Very balanced in taste and extremely well implemented technically. It's nice to know that you can still find something like this in Darmstadt. Ambiance is modern, but also cozy. The “Ox” is an absolute enrichment for the South Hessian region. Here, around the brothers Rink, a young team has come together to express commitment and enthusiasm every contact with the guest. They are proud of what has succeeded them in the shortest time with the Michelin star, but they ask openly and cordially whether everything was really good and what can be done even better. In this respect, an evening in the “Ox” is already an experience, because with this sympatheticly-mounted troupe you push everything else aside for a few hours and is part of this staged stage, externally distant from any perfectionism.
