This Arby's location is typically the top choice for food in the area, but tonight's experience was exceptional. Nikolai assisted us at the drive-thru window and a woman took our order over the speaker. Both employees provided excellent customer service and engaged with us in a friendly manner. We were very impressed with their service, especially since a kind interaction with a stranger at a fast food restaurant can brighten anyone's day. Thank you for being a shining star!

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, but they are a bit stingy with the sauce packets.

If you ever visit the drive-thru, I highly recommend asking for Nicholi (Nick)! He will without a doubt bring a smile to your face and have you adding extra items to your order that you didn't even plan on getting! My experience with him and Mikaylah at the drive-thru was exceptional. I wish there was a way to reward them for their outstanding customer service! Thank you both for providing such exceptional service. If I had a business, I would definitely hire you both without hesitation! Thank you.
