Im able to find a wide range of products for specialty espresso and tea beverages which make shopping on their new.serioussips site fun for me. They have great prices and offer discounts for wholesale pricing. They have specialty products like canisters for making your own whipped cream. Racks to put coffee syrups onto for better organization. Quite a lot of options that are pretty fun to look through for a serious shop or a home coffee counter in the kitchen. The only thing I will say is shipping costs more depending on the weight and amount of boxes being shipped. I wish there was a way to get a reduced price or no price altogether with shipping after a certain amount spent per order. Even though shipping can be a good lot i think it still gets a 5 cause good fast customer service, friendly workers when I've talked over the phone, discount coupons, amount of products available to choose from, easy ordering online process, fast email updates, and a speedy shipment of orders after ordering.

I ordered $70 worth of puzzles on 4/27/20 for my 86 year old mother who is still in quarantine, but has done all the puzzles she owns already. She still has not received them. When i call, the automated machine takes my name and number and says it will contact me in a few days when my turn comes up in line. I was beginning to wonder if this company was legit or if I had been scammed. I 'm still not sure! I will update my review accordingly.I was contacted immediately after posting this review, both here and by email but have never received that call back. I understand things might be challenging out there. They are suppose to be refunding my money.

All of my orders have been received quickly and packaged carefully. When I've interacted with customer service they've been kind and helpful. I highly recommend this business.
