Desi Junction - Delta

Check out my video review on the Vancity Food Crew Youtube channel for a closer look at Desi Junction, one of the many Indian restaurants along Scott Road in Surrey. I stopped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the chicken tikka masala, which had a delicious and subtle flavor with generous chunks of chicken. The naan and rice were standard, and while the washrooms were a bit outdated, overall it was a satisfying meal. I would definitely return for lunch, but dining alone can be pricey if you don't share the dishes.

The dining experience was quite enjoyable, with delicious food and aesthetically pleasing presentation. However, the one aspect that fell short was the service; the hostesses could benefit from being more polished and attentive. Perhaps additional training is needed. Overall, it is a lovely establishment.

I wanted to eat Indians, tried many. here had a smorgasbord when we left and we're sorry to say, but nothing good really was.

Eat for lunch buffet. poor quality of food. I could only taste salt. I couldn't eat it. that tastes like it's old. the lighter above the buffet table were very dirty. the seats in the restaurant are torn, everything is dirty. the floor is sticky when you get on it. men washroom filthy had no paper towel. no hot water. will never go back.

I ordered Shahi Paneer with Garlic Breads. Service was really quick and food tasted delicious. I'll definitely be coming back to this place when I'm in Surrey.
