Genius Cafe - Denpasar

Genius Café has a beautiful place on the beach of Sanur and a menu that clearly features vegan options. We found the smoothies and desserts to be pretty good, and the main thing to be okay, but nothing special. The bumbu curry was mild and could use more vegetables. The mushroom package was simple, but good. The vegan nachos were OK, although mild in taste and not especially nacho-like. One of us wanted to order a vegan pizza, but after our order our friendly server returned to tell us that the dough for the crust is not vegan (Honey). He said they sometimes have vegan crust, but not tonight, so vegans sure to ask. Service is very warm and helpful. Updated by previous review on 2023-01-03

If you want on the beach, this is a place that has some vegan and vegetarian meals. I had nothing special about the meal. Had the vegetarian queen with vegan cheese that reminded me of melted cheese whisky when I was a child..Not that good cashew cheese... the potato bites were the only good part of the dish that was tomatoes salsa like Mayonaise mixed with tomatoes...eeks...not worth a second visit to me.

Whether you are looking foros or Balinese Curries or Pasta or Pizza, you are covered. Their shakes are also vegan, like their desserts. Service is good. I ordered the nachos that was a little Bland, but the Bumbu Bali Curry of my friend was delicious.

We must have eaten Mexican food, we have the Tempeh Tacos (Pretty good but small) and the Nacho shell (big vegan Cheeze) delicious. Beautiful place on the beach They were not on the bean bags dogs on them

Nice place right on the beach. The food is pretty good, good juices too
