Arby's - Denton

This is the best Arby's I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing! Special shoutout to Vivian for her amazing service. Thank you!

Very poor service. I will not be shocked when arby goes out of business. every place seems so bad to float. Today took 1 regular bratbeef and 2 bark meat and cheddar with 1 large herde almost 10 minutes. we got our food when we finally went back to the counter to see what the last thing was. a girl just went back and forth. another leaned on and on her handy and the young came the counter. he gave the long time frame to the frise. the fries were burned. they gave the dame to us keeping about their please for sauce on the side and they had to eat properly. we loved arby’s, now it’s obvious why we rarely visit any more place.

Quick lunch stop on way to appointment to get drivers lic. Filled a empty spot in stomach.

Everything about this order was wrong except for 1 thing, the Double Roast Beef.Drinks: Flat cokes and no iceFood: Ordered 6 mozzarella sticks and only got 4. Ordered a classic and a double roast beef meal and instead of the classic received a beef and cheddar, which neither of us will eat. Ordered crinkle fries, and for some reason the top portion of both set of fries was crinkle and the bottom was curly. On top of that they weren't fully cooked.

Stopped by and 2 employees were at the back door chatting. After trying to place my order for about 3 min, one of the employees approached my vehicle and said their system was down... I found this odd as there were cars ahead of me... no big deal, I just wanted some fries. As I am going through the McDonald's drive through (next door and within eyesight) the Arby's drive thru is moving right along and customers are being served..
