Feedback gevenDuring our recent visits to Popeyes, we found the drive-thru to be very busy and the dining area closed, despite what Google Maps indicated. We love Popeyes, but we are not willing to wait in long lines to order and then wait even longer for our food to be prepared. It is important for them to hire more staff to keep the dining area open during business hours in order to prevent losing customers. I am only giving them one star because the food is great. I suggest opening a second drive-thru lane and hiring more workers to improve the overall experience. Hopefully, with these improvements, we will consider returning to Popeyes.
I recently experienced the slowest "fast food" service ever. There were about 9 cars in the drive-thru line and it took 15 minutes before the first car even reached the ordering spot. I ended up waiting in line for over 30 minutes. It seemed like there were only 2 employees working in the kitchen. I'm not sure why it took so long for each order to be processed, it felt like each meal was being made from scratch.
I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up, but when I arrived, the doors were locked and closed at 6:50 pm. The only option was to use the drive-thru, so now I'm stuck in a long line waiting. It's frustrating that they have an online order app but don't accommodate pick-up orders properly. This is poor management. I will have to make a random visit on a Saturday night to potentially revoke their franchise license. This establishment deserves a one-star rating because there is no option to choose a negative star rating.
These are the worst popeyes I've ever had. they have to turn this place off and build a new one. waiting in the lobby is always long. Nobody tells you anything. the personal could take care of the customers. at a recent visit they had wet soap floors in the lobby. this place is beyond unprofessional and needs new management pronto!
I don't know who runs this place, but I have to tell our experience. It was 7pm onwards, and a lady opened the door there were a lot of people, and when we entered a lady who works there, a Hispanic woman shouted very loudly “Son of Pu”. Bit. in Spanish to one of the workers to be exact the one who was cleaning the tables, I mean there is no excuse no way to treat people this way, just because she wanted the doors to be locked. **Where is there a sign that says that because it's full we can't go in to order. I will file a complaint with the cooperative because this was unfair towards that man, no one has the right to treat any employee in such a harsh way. Only because she wanted the door to be locked. later I asked the man, what is the name of the lady who shouted so barbaricly, and he said that he didn't know. I will not give my service to people like that, ever. There were witnesses, I imagine that cameras as well VERBAL HARASSMENT includes threatening, yelling, insulting or cursing at someone in public or private. VERBAL ABUSE can lead to serious adverse health effects. This form of harassment can be particularly damaging since it goes unnoticed and unresolved.
