Day shift rocks! Meal was prepped to perfection seating area was clean, people are courteous and quick! Everything was fantastic.

I am always delighted by the fast and friendly service at this restaurant. The staff here truly enhances my dining experience. Keep up the good work!

The drive-thru experience at this restaurant was terrible. The staff clearly need more training, as they had trouble getting my order right even after repeating it three times. After waiting in line for about 5 minutes, they had to re-enter my order and start over. I eventually went inside after waiting another 15 minutes for my food and miraculously, it was ready as soon as I walked in. There was no communication, apology, or explanation for the delays. I will not be returning to this location.

This restaurant is superior to the one nearby. However, I do wish the drive-thru setup was improved. The double lines only serve to block off spaces in the driveway.

My patty melt had raw meat. I was told that it was sometimes normal because they set timers and cook it for set time. I was offered a free brownie, or to cook another burger. I didn't want another burger as I ate most of first one before I noted redmeat????. I didn't hear an offer of returned money????So I just left. The manager was nice and friendly. Not rude orinsensitive. I just thought more concern could be given for raw meat. Maybe a refund offer. Anyway, check meat before eating??????
