Feedback gevenServed by a very courteous amd polite trainee barista on our visit in July.. Nero should be proud of this member of staff as service is what makes or breaks a ln experience.
Not impressed.. gave it a second chance and still not impressed ! Tables dirty and dishes let uncollected, tired looking , in need of a revamp and more staff . To be fair the staff were very friendly and helpful but won’t be rushing back .
I’ve been to this Cafe Nero three times in two months and none of these visits have been positive. The queues are very long: it may take up to 10 mins before you can order. The card machine didn’t accept any of my cards, which was very inconvenient. The place isn’t clean as staff don’t appear to clear the tables. Last but not least, I couldn’t have a hot chocolate twice because they had ran out of cocao powder. You’d expect them to prepare for mot hot chocolate orders the weeks before Christmas... No idea why I wenr back twice, wouldn’t go again.
Went for a cup of coffee, the place is quite scruffy and several tables not cleaned from previous users. Majority of folk not wearing masks in spite of good signage in the cafe
Oh my sweet lord,list is the worst place on the planet yo have a relaxing break...my cup of coffee..was 61.o.Celcious, Had 2 gold wrapped biscuits ..priced at £8.00 each to my unknown appitite...£24 scanned off my card...NEVER EVER AGAIN ..PLACE WAS UNCOMFORTABLE AND DIRTY ALSO...
