Cofa Coffee - DILLON

We had a fantastic experience at this coffee shop, which quickly became our favorite during our visit. The staff is personable and remembers your name, always checking in to see how you're doing. They were incredibly patient when my two-year-old wanted to place his own order, even engaging with him directly instead of just talking to me. The coffee was exceptional, and the food and pastries were delicious. You really can't go wrong by stopping here. I only wish we had discovered it earlier in our trip instead of at the end, as we would have loved to visit more often! We definitely plan to return many times next summer.

I just discovered this charming local coffee shop! Their breakfast burritos are absolutely amazing—definitely my favorite! They’re packed with hash and other delicious ingredients, and they have a perfectly crispy exterior. It’s the ideal breakfast before heading out on an adventure!

Excellent coffee and pastries! We made a stop on our way to Keystone, and we couldn't be happier about it. The place is easy to get in and out of, with a very short wait. The staff was extremely friendly as well.

I've driven past this place many times without stopping. Really glad we made it in because what a pleasant surprise!! They have many coffee and tea combinations that nobody else around has. Their meals were the perfect size and left me full without feeling like a blob. I also believe this may be the most affordable place in all of Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne, Breck area!! While it seems every place around is price gouging, this place stays affordable paired with delicious food, great quality, quick service, and friendly atmosphere. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone in town and can't wait to stop by again!

Thank you to the guys working the morning of April 3, 2023! Fantastic Mango Smoothie! Best bacon on an egg and cheese bagel sandwich ever. Hubby loved the sausage breakfast burrito. Service was excellent and friendly. Food was great! Loved it!
