Taco Bell - Dothan

This Taco Bell is the best one in Dothan, especially on the Northside of town. The staff is dedicated and attentive, making an effort to provide great service rather than just hanging back. It's also easier to get in and out of compared to the other locations. I prefer this one over all the others, no matter where I might be headed in town.

They need to fix the online services for this location! When I order online and choose the drive-thru for pickup, it's clearly stated that the order will be prepared once I arrive and state my name, not as soon as I hit submit to place the order!

Every time we come here they are slow and food is always wrong or missing. Not to mention the strange attitudes they don?t welcome you or anything This time I ordered fiesta potatoes no sour cream and a dorito taco. I got first potatoes with sourcream after I asked for no sour cream and no fork to eat them with . Dorito taco was broke in pieces before I could even eatit. Do better I couldn?t eat until I got home and got a fork. Not to mention the employee basically put his head in our truckat the window. Very odd. If he would have gotten any closer the would have been in the truck. After waiting at the window hethen comes up to us and ask what we had? 0 stars get it together it?s not hard.

This is the Taco Bell to visit in Dothan. They provided generous portions, the food was hot, and it arrived quickly. The customer service here is a breath of fresh air, especially in an area where friendly and dedicated staff can be hard to find. The manager, Kedran, had the store operating exceptionally well. Taquisha deserves a raise for exemplifying what great customer service should be.

The crispy packaging had a questionable nutty aroma, and the mysterious soup was tucked away under the drink machine. The cheese on the cooked tortillas remained unmelted. To top it off, the staff member was wearing both AirPods, which was honestly quite impressive. I’m giving it 2 stars because it was amusing.
