Dunkin' Donuts - Douglasville

One of our favorite places to visit is Dunkin' Donuts. Unfortunately, this location tends to be congested due to traffic, but that doesn't deter us from coming here. Overall, we have consistently received good service.

Good coffee and a great way to raise your blood sugar.. so much better than the complicated over priced competitors..

I visited this restaurant specifically for a special order of donuts, and I was pleasantly surprised by the service. Instead of refusing my request or getting frustrated, Darius went to the back and prepared a half dozen of my favorite donuts: chocolate glazed with raspberry filling! While I was waiting, I chatted with the manager and another staff member, who were both really friendly. It was nice to see many regular customers coming through both the drive-thru and inside; everyone seemed to know each other and had nothing but kind words to share. One customer even brought roses for all the employees! The place was clean, and the staff was professional and efficient. Thank you, Darius, for my delicious donuts!

The mobile ordering and pick-up process was quick and easy. My order was ready as soon as I walked in, with no delays at all.

I’ve tried their donuts twice, and both times, every single donut in the dozen was stale. I decided to give them another chance a year later, but the same thing happened again. I really don’t understand it. When I asked the staff how old the donuts were, the girl claimed that they are freshly baked every day. However, that just didn’t seem true. Maybe they have improved in the last year and a half, but I’m not eager to give them another shot.
