Feedback gevenI’ve had it with McDonald’s in the U.S. After repeated negative experiences across different locations, it’s clear that customer service and care are just not priorities for them here. From kiosks that don’t provide receipts to staff who are indifferent and unable to help, the level of service is consistently poor.My most recent visit was the last straw. I ordered four sandwiches and two frozen cokes. After an incredibly long wait, I received only part of my order. The staff seemed unconcerned about the mistake and the chaos in the restaurant, which left many customers visibly frustrated.What makes this even more frustrating is that when I’ve tried to reach out to corporate, the response has been underwhelming at best. On Sundays, you can’t even reach them if there’s a problem – which says a lot about how much they value their customers’ time and concerns.I’ve decided that I’m done with McDonald’s in the U.S. – they’ve lost me as a customer for good. It’s a stark contrast to McDonald’s in Australia, where I was genuinely impressed with the service and quality. Unfortunately, McDonald’s in the U.S. seems to be content with offering subpar experiences, and I refuse to waste any more of my time or money on them.
Asked for an Oreo McFlurry and all I got was sprinkles of Oreos on top and that’s it.
Corporate did absolutely nothing. Same person still cooking. Just hope they don't think you are rich because they will throw trash in food and laugh in your face about it. What goes around will come back. Will contact health department now. Obviously whoever is running this place is probably being blackmail by the workers there! Will come to light soon !
Usually this McDonald’s is very nice and their servers are great! Pam is wonderful! But once I got to the 2nd window a young woman, with red braids, didn’t even speak and kept giving us dirty looks and as we were leaving the drive thru she kept giving us dirty looks. This isn’t acceptable, if this McDonald’s wants to stay open, their workers need to be at an AT LEAST minimum of good service. This makes me question my ability to continue to go to this location if I’m going to be looked at rudely. This wasn’t y’all best day.
My family and I visited this location today and had the WORST customer service and experience that I’ve had in a while. Our order was rung up completely wrong and when we got to the window, instead of explaining that to us after we noticed a fry missing, a female employee and manager (Rod), mocked us and laughed at us. I then went in to speak to a manager who ended up being the guy that came to the window (Rod), listened to my complaint, did nothing to fix it and proceeded to laugh again with the employees when I walked off. I will NEVER support this location again and I’ll be sure to warn others!!! SMH
