Olive Garden Italian - Douglasville

Let’s start off by saying our waiter Jason was AMAZING! Kept up with us, checked on us and offered suggestions. Food was good. Ambiance was moderate , it’s a family restaurant. We ordered an array of things. My favorite is the chicken Alfredo with pina colada. We also ordered calamari for appetizer. I want Olive Garden to get some new desserts. Overall great experience.

If I could put zero stars I would. The food was not good. The lasagna was over cooked and tasted like nothing. The pasta had so much sauce and the server asked us if we wanted shrimp or chicken on the pasta, but did not mention it was extra (I wouldn’t order extra) because the plate already had chicken. She did not specify and I thought it was either Shrimp or chicken not both. Salad was not fresh. We won’t be back NEVER AGAIN. Don’t spend your money in this place, is not worthy. We order pasta for my sister who is 2 years old, and the amount of sauce on the pasta was mind blowing (we order it from the KId menu) we did not finish our food and we spent 95 for nothing

This location had great customer service. Ordered all you can eat soup and salad. Yum!! My only issue is that they kept running out of the type of soup I preferred, which is the gnocchi.

The food was good I liked it but cauld use some more flavor. The service was great they always asked if I needed anything and ect. The atmosphere was ok just doesn't give me Italian vibes.

The salad was delicious, as well as the bread. My order wasn't very tasty. I had the stuffed shells. I ate the insides, but the pasta shell itself was awful. It tasted bland undercooked. The quality of the food, wasn't worth the monies I paid for it. I remember when eating at Olive Garden, was a treat...NEVER AGAIN.
