As always, the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, tonight they had a challenging customer who, along with her companion, continuously complained about the portion sizes, which were actually quite standard. She insisted that the servers add extra walnuts, chilies, and spices to her dish. The employee handled the situation with remarkable professionalism, explaining that those were regular portions but that she could order a side if she wanted more. Despite the customer's repeated complaints and her remarks about how "ridiculous" it all was, the employee remained calm and reiterated her point. It was impressive to see how well the staff managed this situation, especially with customers trying to get more for less while being rude and disrespectful towards the restaurant. Despite the negativity they faced, the employees maintained their positive attitude and remained friendly.

The experience was quite good overall. However, the receptionist misunderstood my order. Nevertheless, the food was enjoyable.

I recommend setting up a second back counter for online orders, as the amount of food available at the front wasn't sufficient for customers who walked in. This would definitely help alleviate the chaos. We witnessed people sitting with us for nearly an hour! The management here is seriously lacking.

The Teriyaki chicken was huge but overcooked! I could barely eat it and only managed a few bites. I'm really tired of this place. I won't be coming back!

I would like to mention that one of the employees named Shirley is quite unpleasant. She seems to think that poor service is acceptable just because she's working there. As customers, we pay a decent price and expect to be treated well in return. It's important for staff to remember that we deserve quality food and good service. Please, stop being careless with the food and provide us with better portions.
