Papa Johns Pizza - Draper

Wow, Papa John’s has really declined! The estimated delivery time for my order was 53-65 minutes, but I only saw that information after I placed my order. If I had known it would take that long, I wouldn't have even bothered. Regardless, I ended up waiting nearly two hours for my delivery, which was much longer than the quoted time. When my pizza finally arrived, it was barely warm, more lukewarm than anything. I also find it frustrating that they ask for a tip before the order is even delivered. Plus, you pay extra for toppings but only get about one topping per slice of pizza. You might as well just get a cheese pizza and save your money.

90 minutes. That's how long we have been waiting for our pizza order tonight an order that had all the extras, all of the favorites just for our little birthday boy. This was his desired birthday dinner tonight. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to enjoyit, because he fell asleep waiting...and is now in bed. The pizza is still not here. For some reason, DoorDash is delivering ittonight and it appears they are making multiple deliveries before ours. So disappointing. We won't rely on Papa John's forspecial occasions (or any occasions ever again. (EDITED TO ADD...Our order finally arrived. The pizzas are cold and our orderof garlic bread sticks is actually a supreme pizza, which not a single member of our family will eat...??????????? Worst.Service. Ever.

We have an office on the same street and frequently order from this restaurant. Today, I placed an online order and needed the pizzas a bit earlier, so I called to see if that would be possible. I didn't catch the name of the person I spoke with, but they took care of us without any issues and were very professional. We absolutely love their pizza and will keep ordering from here! By the way, if you haven't tried their fresh spinach and tomato Alfredo pizza, it's amazing!

The New York style pizza isn't as thin as their thin crust option; it has a thicker crust that doesn't have the typical flop of a New York pizza, but it is thinner than their regular crust. The chicken was tasty, and they were generous with the portion. One downside was that the garlic cheese sauce didn’t seem to be sealed well—it leaked in the box. I would recommend doing pickup as the location can be a bit tricky to navigate, but there are spots where you can quickly stop to grab your order. I picked up my pizza on a Saturday night around 7:30, and I was impressed by how quickly they had it ready.

How is this okay? Burnt food? Last week my pizza was undercooked and this week my breadsticks are burnt to a crisp. People pay the papajohns premium and expect good food not food like this. I doubt I will be ordering from your store again.
