Zeche: €33.70 (one person in general: already in Dresden and again in advance to give the Greeks a third chance in DD (three times Bremer is right!). After visiting the Lukullus, the last impression of the Artemis in Dresden, the visit of Syrtaki in Chemnitz and the other visits of the Greeks in Dresden (Acheron and Leipzig (Sappho, Kellari, Waskostdas, the Greeks still have their noses in Leipzig, but in the category of the district Greeks the Dresden pick up something. It is always the thesis that so many guests I experienced on Wednesday evening in the Lukullus up to 9 a.m. cannot be mistaken. As is known, the flies provide counter-protection. So: Almost all tables in the restaurant and despite slightly shaded temperatures some were occupied on the terrace. In addition to the expected neighbourhood audience, a youthful after-work group and English-speaking people, well received in Dresden-Altstrehlen. I can only follow the fact that the Lukullus is very popular and not only in Altstrehlen. On the side of the Lukullus is the homely old building environment, the fluctuating service, the PLV and a solid standard kitchen. That's what I expected. A trip to Altstrehlen (an S-Bahn station of Hbf is therefore recommended for foreign Greek friends. In addition, there is a very hospitable price-performance ratio that takes the four-star hill easily. The Lukullus offers only one Facebook page: [here link] with many photos of people who... Service: He is male-occupied: Three at the tables, one at the bowl. The waiters in black and white with vest and collar logo of the restaurant. This is remarkably consistent. All three table servants were polite and attentive. Probably the youngest Pycnic and with humor. My main servant reminded me of Mr. Bean, with serious physiognomy. They were not really on the way because after my place all three in the minute asked for my first drink request. But better than being overlooked. My drinks were met very quickly and the first separately ordered appetizers came to the table after a pleasant time. The subsequently worshipped main food left a little waiting for itself. The service is therefore solid. An ouzo was issued before and a cherry liqueur (with cherry for bill). Beverage prices: Very good the Pils, because for 0.3 l are only € 2.10 (Field Lock, Paulaner . The quarter of the open standard wine, whether white or red, is € 3.80. The water bottle 0.2 l is foreseeable € 1.60. Food: The map provides the standards; additionally, for example, filled mushrooms as warm appetizers and grill classics baked. My choice for the appetizers fell on Chtipiti, so beat sheep cheese with pepper and chili (4.50 € and Kalamaressalat (5.90 €). Both partial sizes are remarkable. The Chtipiti in three balls is beautifully firm, spicy with strong sheep cheese and pie. To the top level. the Kalamaressalat with many small pipe rings and classics, not too sour, not too salty. Overall, it is therefore very satisfactory. After that I had the feeling of being grilled, and the rhodos plate with gros and three lamb flakes and some herbal salad with carrots came as shrimp (12.50 €). I also liked the crispy gyro with light fat content and the delicate lamb chop. So the food is very solid and good edible and worth 3.75 stars. The pepper mill was brought to me on request. Ambience: The architectural environment very appealing: The Lukullus is housed in an old building. The entrance is located in a courtyard with old buildings, partly from the 18th century. On the street front of the house is a slightly elevated terrace with wooden floor and Geranie armor. In the courtyard a well shielded further outdoor area. The interior surrounds the counter and offers a mixture of niches and open table groups. The modern toilets are located in a historic vault cellar with a lot of masonry. The folkloristic decoration is not blue-white, but with reliefs, columns, wall panels and landscape paintings very Greek. The place at the tables is sufficient and you can move well in the restaurant. Cleanliness: The bare tables are thoroughly wiped for the change of the guest and otherwise nothing of a disadvantage occurred to me.
They ordered and picked up. Pickup was 30min after the order, so very fast. The food was fantastic! There were no more wishes. There was even an ouzo to pick up, so a real Greek restaurant experience. We order again and when we can be opened again we come back:
