Pho Dinosaur - Drumheller

Affordable food right in Drumheller. I had not realized you could get proper Vietnamese noodles until I visited Pho Dinosaur, they include the basil leaves which are omitted by other places. The broth has a deep flavour better than most places I’ve been to in the past. They have REAL rooster brand sriracha too. Yummy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am very happy that there is a pho restaurant near my home with 4.4 Google reviews, but I feel that the restaurant’s business is very dishonest and the ingredients are not fresh. I ordered A9 fried shrimp for 8.5 yuan, P5 medium bowl of pho for 12.95 yuan, and S2 submarine for 9.5 yuan. Total 30.95 yuan! The fried shrimps are very small, you can tell by the size of the sauce plate, one of them is broken, and even if it is broken, it is taken out and sold to the customers! The most important thing is that you have to go to the counter to check out. The waitress didn't give you a bill and just pressed the card machine for 39.95 yuan, which meant swiping the card directly. I later paid 40 yuan in cash and left! They proactively added a 30% service charge. It’s a dishonest restaurant.

Food is okay, but the service is horrible and their food health and safety handling is dangerous. They also ignore the customers request for delivery service by the customers preferred delivery service. Shameful attitude as well.
