Falafel still grate, sadly they don't have salmon. tikka masala was dry and other main course was occupied with potatoes and beets which wasn't delicious and didn't go well with fish. Year before plate was appealing, but not today
Had a family meal here and everyone enjoyed their food. Delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared ingredients. The sauerkraut was so good but the dessert was beyond anything I’ve ever had- the knafeh cheesecake was absolutely divine! Will be back on our next visit to Druskininkai.
Nice and cozy place to eat. I have tried shakshuka, which was really good, it reminded me of Israel where I have tasted it for the first time. I have also ordered green tea with smoked rice and egiptian sweet Knafeh, it was tasty too, reminded me of Crete where I have tried similar thing.
I ordered a decaf latte, pancakes with jam and a slice of carrot cake fro the display case. The pancakes were like warm, a factor I would have overlooked had there been more customers than staff in the restaurant. The latte was about the same temperature as the pancakes, and might just as well have been a glass of milk. The carrot cake, which looked delicious in the cabinet arrived at the table via, I imagine Willy Wonka's as it had been magically coated in chocolate sauce. I do not like chocolate sauce and it was not possible to eat around it. I had been looking forward to coming here after reading the reviews but I am leaving very disappointed. The saving grace was the cleanliness of the restaurant, menus in multiple languages and the friendly waiting staff.
Great place for lunch or dinner. Meat, vegetarian, and vegan options are available. Plus, have in-house made deserts.
