Union8 - Dublin

We were looking forward to nice dinner out before Xmas but unfortunately apart from ourselves there was only 4 other people in the restaurant for the night, no atmosphere at all and very loud not so good music pumping out. Food was ok, drinks ok, no specials available. We felt we were rushed as starter main course done in under an hour, the staff were friendly but when giving the bill just stood there waiting for payment rather than give us a couple of minutes. Altogether very disappointing and we were glad to leave, went over to the Hilton and enjoyed a few cocktails in a place with some Xmas atmosphere. We won't return to urban 8.

New manager Camila after taking over this place is a must very friendly and food was tops and also kid friendly
