Service super? Cleanliness good.. Food, needs more taste. Well cooked, decent portion but needs taste

The bride was fine. I chose a slim cut, probably should have gone to him with some fat. The ribs were delicious. The Mac and the cheese were muddy and rough. You forgot to give me the order of the beans I paid for. Customer service was exceptional! The staff was friendly and helpful. I would have given a higher rating if I had received the beans I would have paid for.

Friendly front of the house for quick self-service type of restaurant. Had the chicken Caesar salad. Chicken tastes good. Salt salad.

I've been coming for years and like her food. However, if you pick up, always check your order. I find things that were missing from my order, and today the woman has explicitly told me that something was in my order, which proved to be missing. I specifically asked about the Jalapeno BBQ sauce and she told me it was there, but it really wasn't, and that wasn't the only thing missing. Without the BBQ sauce, what is the point really??
