Feedback gevenI tried this place again , but the service is just not there , I believe they are understaffed I always call 30 minutes before pickup and when I get there I’m still waiting another 30. They need to hire a couple of more people just to speed things up .
The fried chicken they gave me and my bf was literally not good, it looked SICK, it gave him food poisoning as well.. i do not recommend this place at all, a belly ache waiting to happen. 0/10
When i got the food, 1. the food don’t smell too good, 2. the food look sick literally, 3. after like half an hour of eating it, i realized i got food poisoning from it. The food will send you to the bathroom! honestly do not recommend.
I was craving Chinese food and wanted to try a different spot than my normal. Made a good choice I was really hungry and wanted to taste test a lot lol I ordered via Uber eats which was delivered within in the timeframe suggested. The delivery person was efficient with picking up and delivering my order. I got sesame chicken with chicken fried rice, boneless spare ribs with pork fried rice, wings and fries. Side of egg rolls and wonton soup. Everything was good no complaints at all. It was good overall.
Their customer service is horrible, they take hours to bring out food like past the time they advice it will be ready, will often have me sitting waiting for the pick up order an hour+ the time they recommend to pick it up. If you order delivery good luck because they don’t even have drivers, it gets put through Uber eats or grubhub and won’t arrive for several hours at which point it will be cold and disappointing. Their food is good overall but not good enough to deal with the headache of the lack of customer service. And ultimately they offer no remedy or apologies for the inconvenience they create with the poor systems they have in place. Be more professional about your business please. It’s very interesting to see that in the comments you continue to apologize for your lack of customer service and your absurd wait time but you won’t actually do anything to fix the circumstance. It’s easy to say I’m sorry it’s hard to actually provide the service you say you’re going to provide!
