The Assembly - Eagle

We sung outside on a Friday night. the service was before place. the food was delicious and served at the right temperature. drinks are also at high level. I only wish there were fewer meat/animal centers. Overall, I would come back and not hesitate to recommend the meeting to anyone who goes through eagle.

We had 8 family members at our table. Everyone raved about the food quality, cocktail quality and excellent service. I have never tasted anything like the crunchy, seasoned red cabbage in the salad. I can't wait to try that again. We agreed to spread the word.

My family and I were lucky enough to dine at the Assembly this past weekend, and encourage you go!!! The good was delicious steak was great, the halibut was out of this world, and the potato chips were unbelievable (I don't know how they made chips that were still fresh the next day). The drinks were inventive as well, and the service casual yet attentive. This is a high end experience that one might hope to find in a major city, yet hosted expertly by Jamie and Caleb in a warm and inviting beautiful mountain town! Enjoy!
